Volume 4, Issue 1 presents a diverse collection of articles focusing on the advancement of biological sciences, science education, and educational technology applications. The topics covered include biodiversity and phenetic relationships among Araceae species, the development and analysis of assessment instruments, innovation in Google Sites–based learning media, pre-service teachers’ perceptions of basic science courses, seed technology and crop cultivation, students’ motivation and achievement in biology, constructivist-based teaching styles, conceptual understanding of the human circulatory system, and the promotion of scientific literacy through food processing technology. Overall, this issue contributes significantly to strengthening science education, applied biological research, and the development of learning practices that are relevant to the needs of the 21st century and the local context of Indonesia.
