Volume 4, Issue 2 features eleven scholarly articles that reflect recent advances in education, biology, food technology, agriculture, and artificial intelligence. This issue addresses a wide range of contemporary topics, including the diagnosis of preservice elementary teachers’ misconceptions about biomes and ecosystem diversity using the Certainty of Response Index (CRI), investigations into teacher professionalism and educational management across several schools, and the implementation of educational psychology-based strategies in biology instruction. Several contributions also examine food processing and preservation technologies through literature reviews while highlighting innovative instructional approaches to enhance students’ knowledge and practical skills in food technology. In the field of educational technology, the issue presents a systematic review on the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in climate change education, mapping current research trends, knowledge structures, and future research directions. Additionally, agricultural research is represented by a study evaluating the effects of Moringa oleifera leaf extract on the growth of red chili pepper (Capsicum annuum L.), demonstrating the potential of natural biostimulants for sustainable crop production.
