Penerapan Modul Pembelajaran Cooparative Script Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar IPS Terpadu Siswa SMP Negeri 1 Gomo

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in Integrated Social Studies due to the use of a teacher-centered learning model that does not actively involve students in the learning process. This study aims to determine the application of the Cooperative Script learning model in improving the learning outcomes of class VIII-1 students of SMP Negeri 1 Gomo in the 2022/2023 academic year. The study used a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach implemented in two cycles with 30 students as research subjects. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation and learning outcome tests. The results showed that the application of the Cooperative Script learning model was able to increase teacher and student activity during learning and improve student learning outcomes. Student learning completeness increased from 76.66% in cycle I to 100% in cycle II. Thus, the Cooperative Script learning model is effective in improving students' Integrated Social Studies learning outcomes.
