Peran Komunikasi Dan Koordinasi Tim Dalam Keberhasilan Manajemen Proyek Konstruksi

Abstract

The success of construction projects is not solely determined by technical aspects such as budget and scheduling, but also heavily influenced by team communication and coordination. This study aims to analyze the role of communication and team coordination in the success of construction project management in Indonesia. A quantitative research approach was employed using a survey method involving 120 respondents actively engaged in construction projects, including project managers, engineers, and technical staff. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and multiple linear regression. The results show that effective communication and team coordination significantly impact project success, with a combined contribution of 61%. Communication was found to have the most dominant influence, followed by team coordination. These findings highlight the importance of implementing strong communication strategies and coordination systems to enhance efficiency and achieve project goals. The study recommends improving project team soft skills and leveraging information technology as essential components of modern project management.
